Delivery conditions:

 

Delivery to Bulgaria

The ordered goods are delivered by Speedy courier company to the address you specified.

 

Shipping cost:

 

 - BGN 8 with VAT to a personal address

 - BGN 6 with VAT to a Speedy office

The price is added to the value of the order. For orders over BGN 200 including VAT, delivery is FREE. 

 

The delivery price for TERRARIUMS is BGN 10 with VAT and is added to the value of the order. TERARIUM DELIVERY is charged for all terrariums, regardless of the value of the order.

Deliveries are made within 72 hours (3 working days) to the specified address, provided that the address is up-to-date and the order is confirmed and paid for.

 

International delivery

For delivery times and prices abroad, please contact us in advance. Please note that customs duties and local taxes are paid by the buyer. You can refer to the website of your country's local customs authorities for current tariffs.

 

All orders received Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday or during public holidays are processed on the first working day thereafter. Upon confirmation of the order, we will call to confirm availability and method of delivery.

 

The customer assumes the obligation to provide access and the opportunity to receive the goods. Payment of the due price of the goods is made by bank transfer or cash on delivery. If a third party undertakes to accept and confirm the receipt of the ordered goods on behalf of the original customer who placed the order, he is obliged to pay the formed price.

If the customer is not found within the deadline for delivery to the specified address or access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided within the stipulated time, the order is considered invalid and "New Mystery" Ltd. is released from the obligation to make the delivery.

 

In the event that the customer confirms his desire to receive the ordered goods and after the expiration of the delivery period, in which he was not found at the specified address, he shall bear the costs of delivery.

 

 

Return and exchange of purchased goods.

 

Within 14 days after receiving the goods, the customer has the right to return or replace them, provided the following conditions are met:

 - Preserved original packaging (art. 51, para. 1, item 7 of the PPE)

 - There is no damage to the packaging.

 - Transport costs for returning goods are at the customer's expense.
